advice for coping with my hellish benzo withdrawal

Depends.. usually my withdrawals are hard as hell for 2-5 days... by the 4th or 5th day i start feeling a lot better.. head tingles gone. Just a lot more anxiety than normal... but manageable.
I really recommend you try to taper off and stop them, they really hinder your thinking ability. And also make it as if life is just drifting by, it will suck in the beginning but i promise if you tough it out your life will become better.

After how long useage? Damn! You're lucky, my withdrawal lasts for fucking eveeer.
