Advice after being up all night with work in a few hours

So ive been up all night on stimulants. I have to work in just a few hours. Im not getting any sleep. Whats the best method to do at this point? I have xanax and more stims. Should i mix them so im awake but also relaxed? I dont really want to be tired at work because i never get anything done and the day goes by so slow. All and any advice would be much appreciate! Thanks.
 
If you are going to mix sedatives in with your stimulants, then you might as well not take anything. I don't know what stimulants you have or how you react to them (especially when sleep deprived) so I don't know how I can give you advice on what's best for you at this point. You know your body and how you respond to drugs better than any of us.

If you have a long enough acting stimulant, I would stick with that. If you have short acting stimulants, you will either crash half way through work or have to keep crashing and redosing. I usually have some coffee and maybe some ephedrine in the AM to get myself going a bit but not heroic doses or continued throughout the day because you'll probably get nicely irritable and feel even worse later if you keep dosing those. If you have a longer acting amphetamine, you may have better results. Modafinil would be ideal but I doubt you have access to that in a pinch.

Make sure to eat well, if you load up on sugar, much like the caffeine, you will feel better briefly than counterproductively crash. Avoid simple carbs and sugars and try to get good balanced carbs and lots of protein for more sustained energy. Loading up on B vitamins and such would be useful as well.
 
Thank you. I always eat and keep hydrated. There are some useful tips in here and i appreciate that. Stimulants always give me bad anxiety, so i went with some apvp and 1mg xanax. I feel normal for the most part now. Thanks again.
 
Low dose caffeine is awesome for reversing tiredness. Try taking 60-80mg every 3 hours, it actually reverses tiredness from the source by inhibiting adenosine. Too much caffeine not dosed frequently enough will just make you crash even harder.

Also, a good meal with complex carbs, protein, and good fats helps a bunch.
 
Look out for shadow people, if you stay up another night with no sleep you will start seeing them
 
^ Yes, amphetamine psychosis is some nasty business. Eating good meals often and staying hydrated postpones it, but it is unavoidable after a certain amount of time, it usually sets in around day 3 or 4 of a binge.
