Adventures at a Music Festival 2015

Hello people! I've been lurking around for while, but this is my first post ever, and we're starting on a great note. As many of you probably know, an unnamed Music Festival is taking place in a forest happens in 5 days (figure that out for yourself). I'm is posting to get some advice, as well as meet fellow festival goers! So first things first, some helpful advice? As we all know, people ingest drugs at music festivals. The most important thing is staying safe, and I'd appreciate some helpful advice concerning the topic. I am bringing quite a party pack, and needs to make sure I can stay safe while doing so. First, background information. 19 years old, roughly 190 lbs. I have has a good deal of experience with the substances he's ingesting. Over 10 LSD trips (leaning more towards 15), about the same amount of MDMA experiences (maybe a couple more), and around 5-6 mushy trips. So it's safe to say that I have a good idea of his limits and how to respect the substances. Currently, the count is at 4 tabs of LSD, 1g of molly, and 7.5g of shrooms. Clearly I will most likely not be finishing all of this. The plan is to separate the substances by day, as to keep tolerance and side effects to a minimum. The first day will be spent waking up to 2 tabs of LSD for breakfast, then another 2 tabs about 4-5 hours later, as to be tripping balls all day. The second day is nothing but ragers, so that is my molly day. I plan on taking a point or 2 at a time until the ragers (Crizzly, SNAILS, etc.) take the stage. This will be around 4-5 hours from when the first point is taken, and dosing will likely not exceed 2-3 points until then. Once I feel the need to rage his face off, I will most likely drop another 2-3 points, possibly spaced out depending on how fucked I am. The third day has no one that I particularly care to see, so I figure this is a great time to explore the forest on a belly full of mushrooms. Most likely I will not eat the entire quarter, but at least an 8th will be consumed as the initial dose. I will be pursuing harm reduction measures regarding my MDMA use. For the last 5 days, I've been preloading 5-HTP and taking Vitamin C supplements to establish a good supply of antioxidants in the brain, as I understands that the primary cause of MDMA neurotoxicity is oxidative stress, and antioxidants counteract this. Other than that, my group has 2 cases of water, a case of Gatorade, and a Camelbaks to keep hydrated. Is there anything I may have overlooked? Any way my plans could be altered or improved? Any other MDMA harm reduction methods I could incorporate?

As for all my fellow festival goers, stay safe, have fun, and I'll see you there! I'll be the guy with the orange Camelbak handing out all his extra vitamin C and 5-HTP supplements to help keep others from losing their 5HT2A axons! Hit me up if you need some! (Note I won't be carrying drugs, don't ask for any) See you there!

EDIT: Just realized the acronym SWIM is frowned upon, I can't address the festival by name, and numerous other things I just found out are disallowed. Fixed to the best of my ability, my apologies.

don't take so much "molly" get a test kit and use it for sure!! Only take maybe 300mg throughout the night you say you have under a dozen mdma experiences. Also See the string cheese incident especially on the days your tripping jam bands are wayyy cooler than djs. I went to that event when I was 18 fir the first time, EFF is the shit been a bunch of times originally went to see people like datsik now I would only go to see string cheese incident the are so much fun super funky bluegrass rock into dance trance madness.

Fo real be safe hydrate that place can be mega HOT( cops and the temperature) take it slow with the "molly" get a kit test it. try and get some ketamine always good ket there. ALSO all the real hippy fest goers are at string cheese incident they might look dirty and some are posers but you will find some great art and goodies!!! make sure you see joe russo almost dead ( amazing grateful dead cover band) check out galactic and macy gray don't just see the dj's they aren't putting in as much soul as the bands trust me I used to be a candy kid man!

Ehhh yeah jam bands are cool and all, I'm a guitarist myself, but my scene is really EDM. I DJ, I produce, and I genuinely enjoy Electronic music, so my interest in it is more than "let's get fucked up and dance". Although this is the aim, it's not the reason I enjoy the music.

I have produced and currently work in music production now days I prefer people playing real music. String cheese is doing a full electronic set that should blow almost all dj's out the water. If you have heard of eoto, those two dudes from eoto are the percussion section for string cheese incident. You can catch electronica performed by real bands it has more soul. Bottom lime is String cheese has thrown been throwing that event since 04? So checking them out is a respectful thing also point of music festivals is to learn about new music. Seeing string cheese genuinely changed my life for the better made me slow down my pace of life and now I crush it!

Oh and jam band fans are WAAYYYY more about the music and the community than kiddies and their mahllies and there precious bassnectar.

Haha nah man not even that big a bassnectar fan. Will be my first seeing him. My shit is hardcore throwdown bass music. That's what I enjoy. I'll most definitely stop by the other acts, but they aren't the reason I paid $320 for a ticket. Spring Awakening would've made me explode.

firstly, this just made my entire life worthwhile. hahahaha.

as for the forest, two words: string cheese.

get a lil ket, mix in a lil dose, maybe a couple points of some mda/mdma and mind blown.

like another poster said, theres usually always good ket there. sherwood forest at night is probably one of my favorite thangs.

joe russos almost dead should be incredible, but like you i also lean towards the electronica, so rage it at snails for me, will ya? i couldnt get my shit together in time this year for the forest.

also, test kits save lives. invest in one.

yes I always get killer K there not going this year, doing GD50 santa clara and then High sierra right after so I am getting a good dose of cheese and joe russo.

if your really not gonna check out any jambands you have to do a good bit of K in the forest nothing like it they really put ALOT ALOT ALOT of work into those art installations and they are really vivid and trippy and so much space to just lay and get freaky!!
