Adolf Hitler, before his rise to power in Germany, actually owned a chain of comedy clubs here in the United States.

But, ironically, the joke was on Mr. Hitler, because his poor use of punctuation actually inspired an entire ethnic group to completely dominate the world of stand-up for centuries.

The clubs were called "Kill, Jews!"

im pretty intelligent and i didnt understand it. perhaps a pm to explain it so that it doesnt ruin the joke for other more gifted thinkers than I.

Look at the punctuation.. it isn't "kill jews" its "kill, jews"

Like, the jews are doing the killing in the comedy industry.

--Edit--
Example

Woman without her man is nothing

An English professor wrote the words, “Woman without her man is nothing” on the blackboard and directed his students to punctuate it correctly.

The men wrote: “Woman, without her man, is nothing.”

The women wrote: “Woman: Without her, man is nothing.”
