Adderall XR(time release) and railing (snorting)

I am under the impression that potencey increases when you crush up time relased substances and rail them. is that true? and if so what would be the recommended doseage for adderal XR?
 
I have little amphetamine tolerance, and 60mg gets me really fucking zooted. I'd start at 4mg and go from their to get a feel for it.
