I've been taking Adderall everyday for 4 years and am considering quitting due to mood issues. Anyway, when I take my bp it's usually around 110/85, but my pulse is like 120. If I quit taking the drug will my bp go up and my pulse go down? I've heard there's some sort of inverse relationship.

Maybe during the withdrawal you'll experience.... It will eventually return to normal though if it raises. My BP is usually lowers on days where I don't take Adderall though, I get lightheaded sometimes when standing up.

Anyways, eat right and take the right vitamins and supplements and your BP will be fine. I doubt you're going to go into hypertensive crisis or anything.

HR is basically always higher when you are on a stimulant. That's to be expected. Yes it will go down to more of a regular resting HR eventually. Is your measured HR while on adderall ? Or your resting without ?

Take things like magnesium (make sure its a chelated form), B6 vitamins. You can try l-tyrosine which I recently bought as it helps to replenish dopamine, but I also read something about it possibly causing an increase in BP ? I don't know if it was correct or not. Someone else will have to chime in on that. And of course an all around multivitamin.

Sleep too. It's crucial.
