Adderall vs Ritalin vs Dexedrine???

Which of these is worth getting? I have been on Ritalin before and think they are worthless crap and snorting them isn't that great, the speedy effect lasts for about 30 minutes it seems.
Whats the story with Dexedrine and Adderall?? Say a 30mg Adderall vs 15mg Dexedrine, which would be more desireable for it's speedy effects? I'm seeing my doctor for ADD and he hasn't wanted to try Adderall or Dexedrine yet, but when and if he does I would like to be informed so I can get the better of the two.

30mg Adderall vs 15mg dexedrine. For me, 15mg dexedrine would last longer with a smoother comedown and more speedy effects. However, adderall is more euphoric, but wouldn't last as long, and the comedown can be very harsh and makes me real aggitated.
i'm not sure which i perfer, depends on my mood i guess.

30mg of adderall has 15mg of dexidrine in it (well - it is a combo of two different dextro salts)
 
I WOULD GO WITH THE ADDERAL I LOVE THE STUFF AS FOR DEXIES THEY ARENT AS BAD AS RIDS BUT ADDERAL IS THE SHIT. GET YOU GOIN I DIOONT LIKE TO BLOW THEN CUZ OF THE COLOR...WHO WANTS BLUE OR ORANGE SHIT IN THERE NOSE? BUT THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO DO IS SMOKE A FAT BLUNT ON THE COMEDOWN!
 
adderall is composed of:
amphetamine sulfate
amphetamine saccarate
dextroamphetamine sulfate
dextroamphetamine asparate
dexedrine is pure dextroamphetamine, a stronger type of speed than regualar amphetamine. i believe the main difference comes in the sulfates. anyway, like i said the main difference to me is the euphoria, length, and comedown.

I would have to agree that adderal has a nasty come down. I think I would go with the adderal instead of the dex. Just make sure you have some val or smoke on hand.
 
BTW - it doesnt really matter - you can try both for yourself - get a script of one - say it works better than ritalin - then ask to try the other because the first isnt perfect. decide which one you like best and stick with it.
just let the doc prescibe you his/her prefered of the two first (if they try to prescribe you Cylert - tell them you are concerned about liver damage and would prefer not to use that substance)
you may also be able to ge a script of desoxyn (not at first) (very expensive if you have no insurance - few pharmacies carry) - it is short acting so few doctors prescribe...
 
In my life I have yet to see one of these pills, I think they are leaning away for giving them for ADHD and just severe obesity and narcolepsy. And they watch this *very* closely

Well, i'm going to see a shrink tomorrow and I'm hoping he is going to prescribe something decent for my ADD. I don't even feel Ritalin's unless snorted, and that isn't what they were made for. I'm hoping to get something that will help me, but at the same time something that can get me speedy so I can get some work done. Useful/Fun drug mix, that sounds right.

you know i have been thinking a lot about desoxyn lately. my doctor seems cool, but is not a full blown jack ass. he is an old hippie himself, but is also very health conscious. i am on teh 30mg adderall, and am thinking of telling him that a friend takes desoxyn and it works well for him. do you think he would see right through my scheme, or do you think he would give it a shot?
 
i actually have another idea. i might say i aw on some talk show or on same dateline special about another ADD drug called Desoxyn and wanted to give it a try. i have been through ritalen, dexedrine, adn adderall, and kind of hinted at desoxyn by saying "are you sure thats all that is left to try? cuz the adderall isnt exactly doing everything i need but its better than the rest. are you sure there isnt another medicine i could try" i didnt have the balls to say "Desoxyn"
Side Note---when i got put on dexedrine i was reading through teh PDR and was looking for meth. i found one and mixed it up with Dexedrine. so i asked him for dexedrine and he said "sure" i thought i hit gold. when i got he script home and looked at the sheet that has the ingredients it said "dextroamphetamine" and i knew i fucked up. and so i went back on teh adderall....
