Stimulants adderall to daytrana

My kid takes 10mg of adderall and the doctor wants to change it to 30mg of daytrana. The site www.adhdmedcalc.com says that 30mg isnt enough. What do you think?

I have no experience with the Daytrana Transdermal Patch. My guess is if it is still under a protected patent, it might be a bit expensive, compared to the
generic Adderall instant release I currently take. @adhdgal2
