Stimulants Adderall Testicale/pelvic pain

So I converted 2 of my 20mg XR pills into IR and took both of those around the same time. Meanwhile I started talking to a friend on Skype and crushed down a 20mg PILL for snorting(yes I know don't snort it but I didn't want to have adderall affect me that long) so I broke the adderall up into 4 different lines, I did 2 lines before I talked to my friend, in between, and 1 after. As I was talking my friend I noticed a bad pain in my right-testicale and slight pelvic pain aswell(although this subsided) Do you think this adderall related?
 
Theres no way that this is related at all, its just a fluke.

If you're still experiencing testicular pain or it returns, see your doctor (as awkward as it might seem for you, trust me its not a big deal to your physician.)
