sooooo I've been taking suboxone for about a year after a brutal percocet binge that lasted over 5 years. one day i decided enough was enuffff. so i started on the sub..., then I noticed I needed more &more sub to have any effect. so I started taking adderall... (ranging anywhere from 10mg to 30mg).. that helped hugely! I work in a very fast paced kitchen & I need to be the best I can be. (doesn't help that i have sEvEre ADHD & OCD) soooo for a while it was golden. but thennnnnn my knee started to really really bother me; to the point where I was literally limping like an old lady attempting to "run" in the kitchen. my friend suggested gabapentin.. so I tried a 300mg & it worked wonders. 2 months later, still taking the "johnnies" I realized I had to up my dose; so of course, I did. now my daily routine consists of snorting my sub, taking an adderall after breakfast & swallowing an 800mg around dinner time. then when I get home from work around midnite (damn night shifts) I usually take another 2-3 800mg gabapentin. sooooo now I'm bugging bcus it sounds like a recipe for disaster. suboxone, adderall &&&& gabapentin as a daily routine, EVERYDAY. uuuhg. so my question is this: is this dangerous??? --- would a doctor ever prescribe these medications combined??

p.s. please no haters. I'm on subs bcus I never want to touch another percocet for as long as I live. the adderall is for my insanely sickening ADHD, & the gabapentin has done wonders for my banged up knee. I just really need some str888up advice,.. not my internet mother telling me to just go cold turkey on em alllllll. (trust me ive tried & almost 'died ', no fun)

thanks you alllllll:)

Hi, Welcome to Bluelight! Congrats on switching to the subs. I've been in a similar place long ago. I was poly-substance dependent and suffering tremendously. Little did I know I could have started a taper instead of going to rehab.

There are a few avenues to take moving forward depending on what your options are. What do you want to do? Or are willing to do first? Could you see a doctor? It seems like taking off work might not be an option, or?

There are medications that can help you taper, as well as tapering some of the ones you are on. I'm going to move your post to a forum for support. Lyrica helped me taper from Gabapentin once, but it's also addictive in my experience. Here is the Gabapentin (aka Neurontin) Mega Thread and FAQ's.
