one thing ive discovered about adderall dosing is never stack them...

if you took 20mg and not feeling good enough, dont do something stupid like take another 15mg, i dont know what the fuck happened but like 5 hours after taking the 15mg (both IR) i started tweaking bad

you have to know your dosage man. the first time i did adderall, i said i need 10x 10mg. and i was right on point because of my meth past and i fucked around with some amphetamines before too.
