hey everybody! im new to bl so cut me some slack for this is my first post. i am prescribed adderall xr 20 mg and happen to have a few kpin 1mg. i took the 1 addy at 6 this morning and then took 2mg of kpin at around 3pm. If later tonight i happen to stumble upon a 30mg roxi how much of it could i safely consume or should i take any at all for im unsure of the risks.. i have a high tolerance to the adderall so 20 mg is nothing to me i only take benzos occasionally and i barely have some opiate tolerance. what do yall think?

I don't have much experience with 'uppers' but you seem to be comfortable with the dosage and it'll be quite some time later when you take the roxi. For a starter dose I would go with 10-15 mgs. Breaking the pill in half would obviously be easiest for you so that would be 15mg. Use caution when mixing benzos with opiates as it can cause breathing problems with higher doses. Also if you have very little tolerance to opiates, you may experience some nausea.
