My adderall pill got some water on it is it still going to be effective if I take it?

I mean how wet are we talking? Was it submerged? And if so for how long?
Is it still visually intact?
Idk what IR addy looks like but it is probably safe to assume its ok if it isnt "melted" in any way. Anything look to be seeping out of the capsule?

I dropped two xr 30s on a lawn and they survived despite having swelled to a ridiculous size. I'd say they still had about half of their potency when I recovered them two days later. But you'd really have to have seen them to appreciate the cartoonish amount of swelling.
Now with IRs it really depends on the physical amount of the pill remaining but if there's any then you've still got something.
