Adderall dosage

60-90mg for a low tolerance first time user could be a very bad time. I would say at most 30mg if you haven't taken them before.
 
yeah, i took 30mg and it was great - i was drinking and it was like railing coke, but the effects were much more long lasting. adderall is a really good time - it gives you that hype that you can enjoy for hours.
