adderall combo question

i'm getting adderall today...im prescribed strattera.. i feel like i should skip the strattera if im going to be taking the adderall..yes? or does it not matter?

Strattera is garbage and will actively work against the stimulatory effects of amphetamines by blocking norepinephrine release.

adderall is mixed amphetamine salts
70% D-amphet, 30% L-amphet about
adderall aint got shit on dexedrine, IMO.
methamphetamine=meth
mix of L-amphet salts and D-amphet salts=adderall
D-amphet sulfate= Dexedrine

^ I said really its a amphetamine, so i never said it was meth, it was a comparison. I think it compares to meth for people that dont want to do meth. You cant really correct someones opinion IMO

i corrected you, because adderall doesnt
there is RX methamphetamine, desoxyn, but they never ever script it.
and pharmacies even have trouble getting a hold of it apparently.

^ that's simply not true, it's not as common as other prescription amphetamines but it's certainly scripted.

Also, just for the record, methamphetamine is almost always just the d-isomer which you neglected to mention when differentiating above.

i know it depends on what synthesis route they use whether or not its racemic or just d-meth....pseudo gives you D but P2P routes produce racemic methamphetamine..
I know desoxyn CAN be prescribed, but i attempted to get a script, my psych didn't even know it was still legal to RX, and called a pharmacy to see if its even on the market still, and apparently even pharmacies have difficulty getting it.
I think i saw sales numbers somewhere, desoxyn sales numbers are FAR FAR lower than concerta (not amphetamines, i know, its methylphenidate but its the most commonly RX'd stimulant for adhd) or adderall, it seems desoxyn is generally not even known about i'd think by most doctors...
it seems that at least diversion of all the other RX stims is FAR FAR more common than diversion of desoxyn....
