I have been taking 20mg Adderall IR for about a week now. I was wondering if my Adderall tolerance is high then will my Vyvanse tolerance also be high? I was thinking that maybe since the delivery system for both the drugs is different maybe it wouldn't raise tolerance for the other drug.

They're cross-tolerant of each other. Adderall is mixed amphetamine salts (about 72% dextroamphetamine) and Vyvanse is a prodrug for dextroamphetamine...so the end result is the same.
Long story short, there's going to be cross-tolerance because, in the end, they're basically the same drug.

Exercise, get 8+ hours of sleep. 5-HTP or L-tryptophan, Vitamin B6/12 and L-Phenylalanine can help to supplement.
However eating plenty of meat, fruit and veggies will replace supplements.
It takes about 2-3 weeks for your tolerance to return to near-normal if you were not a heavy user.
