also i have eight 10mg adderall pills but my tolerance is decent enough where i know i can take the 80mg adderall, just not sure about the 70mg lisdexamfetamine pill. will it be really strong? i dont know what to expect from the 70mg pill lol. if anyone can help, thanks its appreciated

Lisdexamphetamine, brand mane "vyvanse", is a prodrug that is amphetamine chemically bonded (although weakly) to the animo acid, lysine. For this reason, the body's enzymes must first cleave off the amino group before the free amphetamine can reach receptor sites. This must occur in the GI tract where said enzymes are available. Meaning any other route of administration other than oral will not produce euphoria.

In this way it can be called a 'sustained' or 'time released' version of amphetamine.

Another difference is that vyvanse's amphetamine portion of the molecule is entirely the 'dextro' enantiomer, as opposed to adderall which is roughly 75% Dextro/25% Levo.

Unfortunately, I only know of it's chemical and pharmacological nature, not it's subjective effects. To this end I will link you the following thread which should prove useful in helping you find answer with regards to safe doses- "Vyvanse" Mega Thread

I very much hope I was able to help :)

thank you very much, so should this be taken on its own aside from the adderall or is it ok to mix with adderall?
