I know a lot of people get worried that they're having a heart attack and it turns out to be anxiety related. I really hope that's my case. I just want some opinions.

I'm a 24 year old female who began taking Adderall in February 2016. I took low doses and slowly began taking more. I get a monthly prescription of 60 15mg pills. I found myself taking more every month but finally reached a stopping point. I decided never to take more than 115mg a day. I take 2-3 week breaks from Adderall consistently.

Thursday I took 105mg, Saturday I took 100mg, Tuesday 105mg, and Wednesday 105mg. I will admit I have not been eating or sleeping well. I did get a few hours of sleep on Tuesday night, but no sleep last night. I have been drinking water and eating as much as I can.

My heart rate always increases during the comedown and the day after. Last time I checked, my resting heart rate was 95bpm. It's a rapid and heavy pounding. My left arm feels tingly as well.

Are the symptoms I'm experiencing common during comedown or the day after taking Adderall? Could the lack of sleep and calories have cause it to be worse? And am I in any serious danger that warrants going to ge ER?

Personal experiences are helpful as well.

Thanks!

Adderall has a half of 9 to 12 hours or so to be on the safe side lets assume 12 and for ease say you take 110 once every 24 hours for three days and ignore the time to peak

0 - 110
12- 55
24 - 110 + 27.5 = 137.5
36 - 68.75
48 - 110 + 68.75 = 178.75
60 - 89.375
72 - ~40
84 - ~ 20

This is an over generalization but it shows that your elevated heart rate is a predictable direct result of super theraputic doses of amphetamine. Anyone except heavy regular amphetamine users would have a heart rate that high infact your lucky that could pf raised your heart rate much higher

Tingling in your arm is possibly due to the vasocontrictive properties of amphetamine it is related to drugs in the emergency room that dont get you high but stimulate adrenaline which is used for people in shock who develop hypotension. I suggest you to a pharmacy with a blood pressure cuff it should give you two numbers then you can check the chart or ask the pharmacist.

With those kinds of doses you might want to keep some nifedipine or something around. Thats probably not safe in the long run.
blood pressure at 180 systolic or higher is an emergency. tachycardia isnt bad, per se.. but its not good either.
Be careful about using amphetamines to control appetite or depressive symptoms. rebound can be problematic and tolerance builds quickly.

Even taking adderall everyday 55 mg for atleast two years if i took what you did id have a pounding heart too. One time i accidently mixed up my adderall with my antidepressant so i took both doses at once a mere 55 mg and i could feel my heart pounding.
