Stimulants Adderall 30 mg xr tablets and 4 mg dilaudid drug interactions.

I've always heard it was dangerous to mix stimulates and opiates..
4.5 hours ago I dosed 4 mg dilaudid insulfated.
I just got my hands on some adderall xr 30 mg.
I have a huge tolerance to the opiate, and almost none to the adderall.
I plan on dosing 30 mg xr adderall tonight, would it be safe..?
Although there's not a drug interaction showing up on several different sights I trust, I do believe it's still dangerous cardiac wise, correct..?
Will I be okay, or should I wait?

Rapid responses would be appreciated. Thanks.

I do understand that 4 mg dilaudid isn't shit compared to what I usually take, but i'm experiencing financial difficulties at the moment so I can't get my hands on any opiates.
 
Hey sorry I didn't see your post sooner.

Dilaudid isn't very active taken orally or snorted, the best ROA is via injection IMO. I don't think what you're asking is unsafe, really. People mix uppers and downers a lot (speedballing). It's best to make sure you have an equally strong dose of each. Be sure to consider the half life of both drugs. From what I've read people who die from speedballs is mainly because the length of the opiate they do lasts much longer than the upper. But these people do ridiculous amounts together. Be safe and start small. I "speedballed" Adderall 30's with Crown Royal. (Ended up taking about 10 Adderralls and the whole bottle of crown, and didn't haven any problems, besides the hangover). Hope this helps out!

They turned out being 20 mg ir tablets I actually posted I had 30 xr before I actually got them..
I ended up taking two 6.5 hours after my last opiate..
I know the speedball is dangerous but that's cocaine and heroin..
I'm doing a goofball I believe which is speed and opiates..
Or is a goofball speed and cocaine?..
Either way i've already dosed i'm just having a bit of anxiety right now due to the adderall..
I've dosed adderall several times in the past but it was 4+ months ago at doses of 100+ mg..
Just never with opiates..
I know i'm not going to overdose on either individual drug I was just worried about the combined cardiac effect.
Any other input would be much appreciated.

More likely you'll just be uncomfortable. The concept of a "speedball" is really the rush of heroin and cocaine IV'd (not recommended), not simply mixing the two.
Your doses aren't necessarily unsafe (though they're not great to mix with each other). You'll just be wide awake all night when you might rather sleep to come down off the Dilaudid. But to each their own...
