Adderal XR Dose

Try about 60-80 mg dose if you're going to take the adderall orally. You can also crush it up and snort it, which would take effect in a shorter time and you'll get somewhat of a rush. Snorting it will allow you to achieve the same effects at a lower dose. However, snorting it will not last as long.
 
just crush and eat or snort it.. its the same thing as reg adderall just XR, with those damn beads..
