Stimulants Adderal and Vyvanse Help!

So say for instance, a kid has been prescribed 30 mgs of vyvanse every morning before school, and has been taking them regularly for about 2 months. His whole entire script came up missing (we think we know who it is) and now he is having terrible withdrawals. The only thing that is available for him right now is a 30 mg tablet of adderal. Would this be okay for him, or would it make his withdrawals worse? please help asap! thanks in advance,
 
30mg of adderall will technically be more potent than 30mg vyvanse. Any stimulant should make withdrawals less de-motivating.

You could try breaking the adderall up into thirds and spacing it out for three days.
 
If it just one tablet, I see no point, unless a new Vyvanse script will be gotten the day after the kid takes the Adderall. Sorry to here about this, but it is a good example of why kids shouldn't be rx'd amphetamines to take daily.
 
were just trying to have him get as close to the new script as we can (in 11 days) but this would buy us time, as we could probably find vyvanse 30s on the black market pretty soon. (im sorry if im not supposed to talk about 'illegal' activities) but i feel so bad for the poor kid! Hes innocent!
