In a glasshouse, so i try not to throw stones, but
In 2005 I was diagnosed with a metastatic cancer which meant I needed a vertebrae removed from my spine and since then it has been a struggle to contain the pain, ooh that rhymed ha.
With this thread I would like to be able to provide some decent info on what medication works best and where, then hopefully other people can add their experiences and information.
I have been given all sorts of shit for my lower back but for me the best meds have been methadone, diclofenac, baclofen, paracetamol.
The problem i get from everything i have been through though is nerve pains and really painful knees, my shins really fucking sting, bad feet and ankles, does anyone know of a combination of drugs that help similar pains that they have in those areas.
Obviously i can ask my doctors but for nearly six years now nothing has worked there. So yeah anybody with advice on this subject fire away.

There is a pain management thread in Other Drugs that I think you might want to check out but I'm going to send this to Healthy Living. Dealing with pain fits several forums. Antidepressants and epilepsy drugs both get used with some success by some chronic pain sufferers. i hope you find relief soon.
