Acting sober on 2C-I

I heard that 2C-I is an extremely clear headed psychedelic with very little mindfuck. Can you act completely sober on it, or just slightly off?

It really depends on your experience with the psychedelic state and how frequently you've been tripping lately, in my opinion. While 2C-I is generally lighter on the mental side of things for most people, you still might seem a little off during the peak unless you were used to the effects. You'd most likely appear a little bug-eyed if nothing else.

I can usually act fairly sober on 2c chems, depending on the dose.
I mean on 25mg of 2ce people have a hard time telling I'm high unless they look at my eyes.
I usually only choose to act sober if I have to though, it really takes away from the psychedelic experience
Even on 15mg of 2cp the only tell tale signs I was high were my eyes and the fact that it was very hard to stand or walk straight, but then again it was very difficult to see through the fractals

The first time I took 2C-I, I told my friend that I could probably talk to the police on it if I needed to. That stuff feels more like ritalin with visuals than a proper entheogen to me.

Everyone is affected differently by these drugs, though.

Depending on how much youve taken, at some points in the trip yeah. Personally I found myself with some slight confusion at times where my processing would grind to a halt.. I think I could manage it though, but my pupils dilate like fucking crazy and I'd be so damn paranoid of staring at them directly that Id seem off kilter for sure.

I've dealt with authority figures and unknowing peers on several psychedelics, and for me, people had a hard time noticing if I was on anything. I was already slightly off sober, so talking about space, time, and other weird subjects wasn't out of the ordinary for me. My pupils still get buggy without drugs as well, and it has been more than 5-years without psychedelics. So it really depends on how people already perceive you. I guess that isn't a factor with police and so forth, and I didn't get too interested in 2C's, with exception of 2C-E. So I don't know if you can bring yourself out of a trip on 2C-I if you need to do so.

I guess out of the 2C-X series 2C-I would likely be one of the least obvious to other people, provided the dose is kept low, but I would try and shift the discussion: why would you want to trip on something where you'd have to potentially act sober? That defeats the entire purpose of tripping! I suggest instead of hunting down a sub-par psychedelic (2C-I is pretty much useless to me personally) rather you try to arrange the set and setting so that you will not need to worry about acting sober in the first place.

I agree with 2c-I being relatively useless as when used for psychedelic introspection reasons and what not.
However it is perfect for adding a beautiful psychedelic element to a party or rave
