Im nowhere close to using steroids (17 years old, have been lifting for about 14 months now), but i always like to envision my future, lol. honestly, the only thing that would stop me from using steroids (in 5+ years, once i've reached my natural peak) is the acne. right now i think im past my peak acne (knocks on wood) but it can get kinda bad sometimes, and my face is often greasy.

if i went on the juice at some point would it basically be 100% chance of getting acne again?

what are your guys experiences with acne and roids, and how was your acne as a teen?

I had pretty minor acne as a teen, I defiantly got it but nothing major. I didn't get any acne on my cycle, but I was showering twice a day, taking saw palmetto and I had some face cleaner towelettes they use for teenagers. Your skin gets real greasy fast when you are on, just have to clean it often. But if you had bad acne as a teen then you will probably get bad acne on cycle...

O and if this is the only thing stopping you from doing steroids then you need to do more reading, you could permanentely stop your endocrine system from functioning properly, lose your fertility and stunt your growth if you take steroids when you are to young. So not worth it

I didn't have it bad as a teen at all. I'd get it pretty bad on my upper back and shoulders on cycle and post cycle. Some people call it 'backne' lol

May or may not get it. I had acne when I was 14-16 but it vanished. They only acne I get now is a few blemishes on my back but acne can be controlled on steroids with a mega dose of B5 for most individuals. 4-5 grams for a few weeks and then a maintenance dose of 2-3 works great. Prior to using B5 my back looked like a fucking shotgun blast but I was on Tren, Nandrolone, Test, Sten, Methymasteron, Epistane, all at high doses.

All in the same cycle bro?

Yup. I been running gear since may of last year and then got into the harder shit in September. It would take me to long to list all the steroids and crazy dosages I used.

I don't advise anyone do what I do as I am on TRT and get tests done monthly.

Is that B5 dosage 4-5g every day?

Yup. I forgot to mention you need to take B12 as well because the large amounts of B6 lowers B12 levels and you will become fatigued.

keeping your skin clear on cycle?

when i was on my 8 weeker of prop my face was pretty clear but got oily fast. as a result i was showering 3x a day sometimes. but i still got a decent amount of backne. how do a lot of guys manage to be on all types of crazy androgens and keep their skin clear? accutane?

I advise you get a back scrubbing brush, some exfoliating wash, a wash with salyic acid, and shower twice a day. Morning and night. You can also take 5-6 grams of B5 a day for a few weeks until kit clears up and then take 3 rams as a maintenance dose. You have to take a B12 vitamin along with this. Be advised it works for most but some it doesn't.

Now on to Accutane... That is a big fucking no. It can damage your liver, I'm talking jaundice and cirrhosis in a week or two. Also you can take an allergic reaction and it causes depression, suicide, peeling of the lips, and other problems.

This is the reason you shouldn't use accutane. Watch this video from beginning to end.

Wow, never knew this. For like 5 months I was IMing both B12 and B6 because me and wife were going to a fertility dr and based on my research each boosted sperm production a lot. Prior to this I asked the dr if there was anything I could do or take that would boost my sperm count and he said no. The main issue was my wife's eggs anyway but wanted to do everything possible to maximize results...

Had my sperm count tested every month. Well the first month after I started these injections (like 50mg B6/day and 1000-3000mcg of B12/day and my sperm count went up like 350%! The dr was very surprized. I told him what I was doing and if this could be why. He said "yeah b/c they are both immune boosters" or something like that. Wasn't for bb'ing purposes at all and was kinda shocked that he didn't advise me to do this given the massive results I got or seem to know about it. He was quick to say "Keep doing that!" after I told him in connection to reviewing the results of my increased sperm count though lol

Doing one's own research def pays off. I wasn't paying attn to my energy levels at the time but thinking on it now I was acually falling asleep in dr's offices and at stop lights. PCP sent me for a sleep study. Had some sleep issues discovered at the study and by a neurologist, both are long term issues that have persisted.... but the falling asleep at the drop of a dime doesn't happen anymore. I bet the dosing of B6 IM had something to do with it even though I was really jacking myself with B12 IM too given that the body can store tons and basically impossible to develop toxic levels of it....

Well considering you should be 10-15 years off taking steroids I would say "envision" a future where there is so much new shit that steroids may be obsolete.

Honestly, everything that happened during puberty, for me, comes back on cycle.

What about going on an antibiotics cycle during the steroid cycle to combat acne? That's what I probably would do in addition to tanning a lot (kills bacteria).

Antibiotics of the Tetracycline family, Erythromycin family, and Chloramphenicolum family should not be used in conjuction with steroids due to serious liver complications such as fatty liver, jaundice, elevation in liver enzymes, bile retention, inflamation of the bile ducts, and drop in RBC count.

With that being said, those are the antibiotics used to combat acne so it's not advisable in any way.

The only thing that will work is tanning (even sun bathing works), B5 supplementation, exfoliation, daily showers, moisturizing, washing your bed lines often, and drinking a gallon of water a day.

Do you know if antibiotics such as Azithromycin (derived from Erythromycin) affect gains in other ways (no steroids)? I've always wondered about that.

Azithromycin prevents bacteria from growing by interfering with their protein synthesis. Azithromycin binds to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome, and thus inhibits translation of mRNA. Nucleic acid synthesis is not affected.

Does that mean it only targets the bacteria and does not inhibit muscle protein synthesis?
