i dont know if this is the right forum so sorry if its not...
i'm gonna be trying acid for the first time next week with a bunch of friends, it's gonna be our first time together...question is i've had psychological problems in the past...but was never put on medecation. yeah i know the acid will affect me but how bad can it get? and would anybody advice me not to mix e with it hence it being my first time?

Wrong forum, yeah. Mixing X with it first time some say actually makes it friendlier, thus a good thing.
 
query the people in Health Q&A as well as the peopel in P. Drugs.
You need to let us in on what kind of psychological problem you had in your past, and any family history, if you have knowledge of it.
People who are schizophrenic in remission should probably not be taking acid, but people with mild OCD or depression have less to fear. See?
 
People who are genetically predisposed to mental health problems almost certainly have these precipitated with acid, x, speed or even cannabis for that matter. You posted this in the wrong forum. You should probably stay away from this and stick with the antipsychotics. However if you do go of on another episode remember that what you took is just the trigger the underlying psychosis is the ammunition.

Dont worry about a thing. Just make sure you have good friends and good music to listen to your first time up and you will be fine. Unless your a total basketcase you will be ok on even a relatively high dose of LSD. Your first time on LSD is an expierance you will never forget. In my opinion EVERYONE should trip on acid at least once, its a life changing event. Its just as big a mile stone in life as loosing your virginity or becoming a parent.....You will never look at this world the same way again

Yep, wrong forum....this belongs in Health or PD as stated above.
We need to know:
-what psychological problems you have had
-what other drugs you have tried
-have you reacted to other drugs in a bad way?
As for candyflipping your first time, I don't recommend it merely because I think that the first time you do any drug, you should do it on its own to get a feel for it. Personally I think candyflipping might be rather intense, especially if you are prone to freaking out. If you DO decided to candyflip, PLEASE do a very low dose, say 3/4 of a pill. If you decide to do acid on its own or in combination with e, start with a low dose (a hit or possibly even half a hit, depending on the strength of the acid) -- you will be much less likely to have problems. I think that unless your psychological problems are quite severe, you will probably be able to handle a low dose of acid.
