Most people that even get caught with intent to sell and possession of illegal narcotics, it takes over a year for court to even do anything about it. Most of the time they just bring you to court, and just give you another date that you should show up at. That's it.

Uhh.. what are you talking about? Sure, it is a lengthy trial process. But you will still get sentenced eventually, "so that's not it".
 
ive known people to get caught with ounces of weed and nothing seemed to happen... im not sure how it works, but they definitely didn't stop selling and scurrying around.
 
I know this is off topic, but while we're all talking about the easy going cops in Canada, I just have to say. Not all cops are leniant when it comes to smoking weed!

About 8 years ago it was june 20'th 2001 and it was the last day of grade 12, I was smoking a joint outside the school in the wooded area where we smoked weed all the time, and a passing police officer saw us, arrested me, and the police actually pressed charges for possesion of a controlled substance. You know what I had? A ROACH!!! I'm not a known thug or anything, thats the one and only time I've ever had police troubles.

The judge gave me a conditional discharge and a $50 fine. Today I have no criminal record, but had it been up to that nazi cop I'd have been locked up!

I realize most cops here aren't anti-drug nazi douchebags like this guy was, but still to this day I will NOT smoke in public.
 
can anyone tell me if most the acid in canada is in vancouver or gta area or just all over haha, and is it ever seen in powder/gram form?

Mostly in urban centres. More and better quality in the West than the East, in my experience. But it's really everywhere.

Crystalline LSD? I believe that due to the
concentration, you'd have something like 25,000 of today's standard recreational doses in a gram of d-lsd.
Correct me if I'm wrong though, but I believe that very very few people get to see LSD in this form, because it is never in this form for too long..

I'm not saying that is ALL.
But for the first year or so, you will just be going to court to find out when to come back again. And alot of the time you get let off with community service and a fee. Not saying all the time, but very often it does happen.

well i live out east so that still seems a bit coincident-y ;) nah.... i also had some "scooby doo" (such gay prints!!) acid from the same source/time but its insanely fucking strong

im not even sure on the 'availibility' of acid since ive only bought it a few times in my life...only once in canada, strangely (the other times was london i think its a biiiit more available there, lucky british fux)

If you're caught with a large quantity of a schedule III (by Canadian standards) substance. They will likely take care of you in under eight months.
A less serious charge (such as cannabis possesion) can, and often is, dismissed.
 
Maybe that is true in most cases.
But I know a number of cases that it has been over a year, and they are still doing the whole show up to court, listen, and come back another day thing. I have one situation where my dealer got caught with a number of different substances, and intent to sell, and it is still unsettled. This happend in November 2007.

I too heard of that happening a lot. It's like even our judicial system consists of a bunch of potheads. =)

However, since the conservative government has maintained control, bad shit seems to happen a lot. It is not unheard of for the DEA to poke their hideous little noses and fuck up all our lenient Canadian shit. This is usually only when some sort of shipping business is used as a front though.
 
Gonna ask once again, what the fuck is on the pokemon blotters if they aren't LSD?

I certainly know that they aren't DOx/5-meo-AMT/2-c's so I don't know what other shit could be on them.

btw this paper is completely tasteless.
 
How do you "certainly" know they arent a DOx or AMT, did you use ehlrichs???
I'm assuming you took some, knowing its tasteless... did you have a good trip? similar to hunabs/lukes??? proper duration/no excessive bodyload???

I am curious about these blotter as well, as theyres alot of bad things I'm hearing from many sources.
