Swim is going to take acid for the first time and was wondering what the high is like also how can swim avoid a bad trip

Hey SWIY, are you serious? Read one of the hundred trip reports on this site. Or better yet just do it.

I would advise against taking acid while swimming? Once you've got out of the pool and dried yourself off, maybe read some of the millions of accounts of LSD use on this forum and around the web.

Well everyone experiences it differently. My friend apparently saw holes appearing in the ground and felt scared and was also curious to know what dying was like.

My experience was more of a gentle, serene, philosophical trip.. It just felt nice. I didn't see anything trippy, only difference was lights spreading out (like sun rays) and my vision was perfect, very detailed.

That's about it.

like knockout said, everyones different. but I always had good experiences with acid. don't take to much. I love how music sounds and how vivid colors look.

for me it is like everything is all happening at once, and each thing noticed is more interesting than ever, and each thing is becoming more interesting all the time.
every thought and sensation seems sustained - seems like layers on top of what already is - nothing seems separate, or completely separable.

you cannot actually avoid (ideas, emotions, or experiences that are happening), and since resistance adds energy to any matter being resisted - a resisted thing becomes a more intense of a layer or seems to present more related layers than something that is not resisted.

In that sense you it's best to put off the idea of fighting a bad trip, or even put off labeling any part of your trip as bad, uninteresting, etc. because it all actually is interesting, and relevant to you

It is like being in a real boring place and not getting bored, or being in a real exciting place and not finding it as interesting.

Please read the Forum Guidelines before starting another thread. This is just not very likely to be a useful discussion, and we don't swim here.

If you want to know what taking drugs is like, check out the Trip Reports forum. Candid stories are usually better than explanations written to impress people.
