I noticed that THC analogs with acetyl and methyl positions are considerably more potent than THC itself. So can one react acetic anhydride with compounds like anandamide/2AG, CP55940, and even Hash oil extract to "supercharge" tha cannibinoidz?

acetylating cannibinoids

im not sure how much the potency actually increases from acetylating thc but yeah you could acetylate hash oil, preferably after isomerising it. and i guess it would work with cp-55940 but does it really need to be stronger!?

i believe acetylation of d9THC is about a 2-fold increase in potency
assumably this may only work with structurally similar cannabinoids and not necessarily some listed

yeah anandamide or 2-ag i don't think are going to be active acetylated or not. i can't see that it would hurt with cp55940, im sure it would still work at least.

I understand the desire for acetylated opioids, but cannabinoids? I don't see the point, I guess. THC is active at what, 1mg?
When will you potency freaks get it through your heads that everything need not fit on a blotter to be enjoyable?
Now if this was to make more drugs available to poor african kids hooked on Jankem, I'd understand, but c'mon- some of the best things aren't potent at all.
I doubt this will work on the more disparately structured cannabinoids.

No i dont think thc is active at 1mg, it says something similar on erowid, but this doesnt seem to fit with the active doses of other cannabinoids.
cp-55940 is only active at about 0.25 mg but is supposed to be many many times more potent than thc. thc-v is said to be 500 x the potency, this would make an active dose 0.2 ug!
i think the 'thc synthesis overview' is closer to the mark, it says 1mg/kg for thc, weather this is threshold or a full dose i've no idea.

well marinol is prescribed at 2.5-10mg i believe
likely a solid hit of pure d9THC is around 5mg
if the acetylation can be done with high yield than simply it is a way to increase one's bang for their buck i guess as the only reason to bother

people need to realize the "active" and the dose one would take to get stoned are two different things completely. THC is (stoning)active at 25-50mg
so THC-V would be 100ug, and there are even presumed more potent analogs. I have no clue why someone would attack the prospect of potency when such compounds aren't exactly cheap, sure if u really want to get stoned cheaply u can illegaly grow tha shit if u have the time, but fuk that, that's missing the whole point.

Who is attacking the prospect of potency? I don't really see your point. Where did you get your numbers for thc doseage from, i keep seeing different things in different places, not sure which to believe.

The phosphate ester is more interesting, it's more water soluble so you could insufflate it, or use sublingual absorbtion. You could even stick it up your arse (that'll appeal to many bluelighters, heh! It seems to be very popular here... and for good reason, it's a great ROA).

just a drop o' phosphoric acid eh?

well with all these modern peptide coupling reagents, i can just use my pocl3 for this instead of lsd synthesis!
on second thought lets just get the chemistry god to do it
