First off let me start off by saying that I am 6'5'' 250lbs. As I know this has to do with how much acetaminophen you can safely ingest. I take it every day ( except for when I get roxys) but usually in the 10/325 which doesn't nearly worry me as much as the 5/325s, due to the amount I take.
I've taken 1300mg already and am about to take the another 1300mg approximately 4-5 hours later.
I've never had any issues with acetaminophen and I never go over 4000mg in a day. I remember when I was a kid my family would take 1500mg for a tiny headache ( before we really knew the dangers ).

So I guess my question is how much Acetaminophen does it take to saturate the glucuronidation pathway? is 1300mg enough so the next dose will start converting to NAPQI and damaging the liver?
I know 2600mg over 4 hours is nothing to sneeze at, but not life threatening either, as I will not be dosing again until tomorrow after work.

Can someone that knows more about this please Educate me. I've researched for hours but have not found anything that tells me how weight ( over 180lbs ) correlates to dosing size.

Why did you repost this thread when you already got a response and replied shortly before.

Without knowing something like your overall health or maybe amylase/ lipase levels on your most recent blood test, etc. that's a difficult question to answer but being a bigger human gives you a bit more total blood volume overall. I still go by the old levels of 4g/day also as I'm just a tad bit bigger than yourself but we both should stick that level or risk an ADR. IIRC doesn't the NAPQI process take at least 18 hours? 7.5-10g is where toxicity is reached without fail in most. Acetylcystine is the gold standard to reverse an OD, but methionine is a good 2nd choice and available like a supplement.

Here's the reference I had in my bookmarks.

I think there's some definite genetic factors with APAP toxicity. Some people can take grams of it forever with no obvious problems, others see toxicity fast at much lower doses. (Jekyl Anhydride Amylase and Lipase are pancreatic function tests, I know too well. ALT and AST are the usual liver markers.)

My point being you can't know for sure what megadose will kill you, or like Rush Limbaugh, just leave you deaf.

And just breezing past the opiate forum it sounds like there's an easy cold water extraction for those things.

I can barely take multiple 325 mg doses in succession 4 hours apart at least without having stomach pain and issues eating. It's not like I have ever taken anything to damage me and make me sensitive my body is just weak in that regard.

Taco I did it unintentionally and tried to delete it shortly after. Still getting the hang of this Forum.
Also I have been doing the CWE today. took the first 4 5/325s and CWE the next 4. I just hate that I seem to lose a noticeable amount.

All good it happens just making note so people reply to one thread rather than both. If you edit the original post you should be able to delete the thread or all slow_mobius to help as they are staff.

Thanks man the other thread has been closed.
Jekyl I still go by the 4g limit as well. I'm not sure how long it takes for the NAPQI to take place.
It was my understanding that as soon as the glucuronidation pathway was saturated that NAPQI would start to form and damage the Liver which is what is most concerning to me. I never go over the 4g limit unless its just by an hour or so but I do stack 2-4 650mg doses within a 4-5 hour period.
Todays the first day I've really done a lot of CWE. Its quick, easy and I can always get it to come out clear so I think i'll cut my Acetaminophen consumption in half and extract every other dose. Just to be safe
