Accidentally Froze a Mimosa Brew. Is it Ruined?

Hi. I was going to do a simple mimosa tek where I put mimosa in a jar of regular water and let it sit for a week. I put it in the fridge bc I heard it works even better with cold water, but it froze on me. Is this batch ruined? I will be keeping it at room temp for the remainder of the time.
