Now then all, I don't often post, although I am a daily reader..

I'm currently studying for a Masters in International History, with my main dissertation being roughly entitled: "The impact of American foreign policy on the global heroin markets".

Anyone have any opinions, ideas or general thoughts? I'm open to anything. Steady there Fubar.

I don't know about American foreign policy, but the biggest impact on the global heroin markets was surely due to excessive consumption by Bluelighters - possibly even causing the Great Drought of 2010...
