Hi Hi, long time no see guys. So i still continued to to manage to not get addicted to hard drugs and do them only once in a while like i claimed i could.

Thing is i've been having some health issues (epilepsy related), and increased my depression so i asked my doc for subutex since it helps with depression and my life as been problematic plus now doing exams for this crap, one of them required me to be committed because it was a 48h one. Anyway what i had done 2 weeks ago was order 20 Dilaudid 4mg pills from an old friend and source, since i haven't done drugs in around 1 year.
Well today, I'm on my 2nd package of Subutex (7 pills a box) and my package of Dillies arrives (hadn't taken subutex yet today. I snorted a small line of dil and i think i feel it, but i wonder if the Bupre is getting in the way of the max high since it's designed to help quit hard drugs like Methadone. Regards!

I've been on and off Bupe for almost 10 years. If you have been using Subutex and not Suboxone there should be no negative interaction. In fact even with Suboxone the Naloxone has such a low bio-availability that it does almost nothing in the realm of blocking other opiates. IV Suboxone (Naloxone) does a slightly better job at blocking other opiates, but its not great. This is my experience and I have heard other people say different, but I have years of experience using traditional opiates shortly after using Suboxone and have had no issues. BUT since you used Subutex, you should have absolutely no issues. The only thing is tolerance, using any type of Bupe increases your tolerance very quickly. Traditional opiates do not get me high anymore without using large amounts of them.

TL;DR - Subutex should have NO blocking effect on other opiates.
