A weird question - antipsych spiked drugs

I got my hands on some free shit, I don't want to get into technicals really, more of a specific question. Some context, Im euphoric as fuck stimmed relaxed it's supposed to be counterfeit phenibut. Stick with me here. It's def spiked. Stims like speed with a small amount of some opiate alone, did it a bunch of times, did a naptha wash and some oily substance was left. The oil says it all, evapd the naptha ate it like licked it off the plate haha, its def a stim. and im on a bunch of other shit like pregabalin bromaz omeprazole bbb you know also spoonfuls: turmeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, 80mg(?) saffron, 10g of really fresh nutmeg, to make it clear nutmeg gets a bad rep bla bla ground is bunk, the fresher the oilier when ground fresh, the darker the nut, the more potent and clean. going on a tangent.

I feel like it's spiked with an antipsychotic just so so that you get high but only to a point, so you get hooked. I feel my body melting like rolling euphoric as shit, but mentally i feel sober and dull. Could it be used by me getting the shit from some convict gang that i pissed the fuck off before and then got free 15gs of the shit from one of their tweakers, to get me hooked? Sorry, I am high, but it's exactly as dull as quetiapine on a meo pcp meth combo, dont ask how i know. Sorry for the weird ass pretext.

I dont want to make this post about the pretext. Please refrain from going off topic, reasonably. I know letting all the shit cross the bbb more is reckless and stupid.

I'm almost 100% certain that you didn't get laced with an antipsychotic. It doesn't make sense, they block almost every receptor that is known for recreational effects when agonized. The only recreational effect would be the anxiolytic possible NMDA antagonism depending on the drug, But again, there's so many more downsides, and what you're explaining isn't how APs feel, which is; not good.

Poorly. They basically stop the effects of most recreational drugs and neurotransmitter receptors associated with them.
All in all, you might have been laced but it's more likely a random research chemical.

I definitely don't think this was an antipsychotic, I'm glad you ran an extraction on it, but imo sending a sample of the original material into a testing lab is the only way to really tell what it is. If it was sold as "counterfeit phenibut", and felt like a stimulant (perhaps with mildly entactogenic effects), my guess would be that you're dealing with 4-Fluorophenibut, aka floribut. It's insanely caustic to insufflate or even to eat, but it also runs the risk of being enzymatically amplified by the omeprazole you're on.

Keep in mind that omeprazole interacts with a TON of different drugs, like an almost overwhelming amount of them. Check for interactions before using things, just for your own safety.
