Can you guys move this to STH? It won't let me post there I guess.

Okay, so I just had a suggestion: When you're messaging someone with a full inbox, it should tell you that the inbox is full WAY before you type an 8 paragraph message. Like when I click on their name and hit "Private Message" it should tell me right then and there that I won't be able to send it. That way, it doesn't waste 30 minutes of my time just to say, "This person cannot receive messages because their inbox is full..."

that's a great suggestion but i'm not sure our platform (vbulletin) is able to do that out of the box or with the addition of plug-in code...

in the meantime, you can mitigate this in future by copying the whole response before you hit send. two keystrokes and no misery :)

Those PMs seem to go through though.

You hit "send" get the error, but it's like held in a queue or something until the box is emptied. Recipient eventually gets it.
