A solution for painful receding gums

After about a month of daily stimulant use I found most of the nasty side effects had diminished. However, an exception to this has been the increase of overall mouth pain. First I noticed little red bumps forming on the tip of my tongue. Then a thick white substance began to form on my tongue and regular toothpaste would burn like crazy. My gums became very sensitive and they seriously hurt. I looked in the mirror and saw my gums had begun to recede. But the worst part was that my teeth began to ache and they had a strange roughness to them.

So I did a little Google searching. I read an herbal suggestion for receding gums was to use Tea Tree oil and water as a mouthwash. So I tried it. To my absolute amazement and after only one rinse my gums felt almost back to normal! Now I use it twice daily. I put five drops of the oil in a glass of water and stir it. I take small mouth fulls, swish, spit and then do it again. The remainder I put aside for later.

That solved my gum problem but what about my rough teeth? I brush them lightly after each stim use, but it is not really helping.

Any suggestions?
