I'm sure its fine..vjust makin sure. I didn't xanax all at once. Last one (1mg) was about an hour ago. Took the first dose at 1:15. Only 1 mg. Took another 1 mg at 630.

So would one smirnoff cooler (4.5 % ) alcohal, really hurt me with the added depressant? Just one after all

I also took an adderall around 1 (20mg)
 
No mate you'll be fine to have one. Drinking on xanax, is actually relatively safe if you keep the drinking amount down low. With a chick drink like this, the only thing that's going to be getting hurt is your ego mate :).
 
I would go with the jack daniels. I used to drink that all the time on xanax or klonopin.

However what you run the risk of the most, is doing somthing stupid that you will regret later. Or getting in some type of trouble from your inhibitions being lowered drastically from both the benzo's and alcohol.

I would say your fine with one jack and coke.
