it would actully be "special_kid's scam," and do you think it would work.
here is the initial info, i'll try to keep it as simple as possible:
special_kid (s_k) takes a lot of opiate based pills and has a very high opiate tolerance.
(s_k) takes a lot of benzos and has an extremely high tollerance.
last week i had to have one of my bi-annually colonoscopies (yes, they do fuckin suck) because of chrones/colitus. during the procedure the patient is supposed to be put into what's called "twighlight sleep" where he/she is able to communicate and respond to a Dr. in every way, but feels no pain, doesn't really comprehend what's happening, and typically will not remember 90%-100% of the procedure. and this "twilight sleep" is usually attained eaisaly in a patient by giving him/her a combination of Demerol and Verced (usually using anywhere between 25-100ml IV of Demerol and between 1-3mg of Verced IV). Usually the paitient leaves the procedure sorta asleep or totally asleep, and it usually takes anywhere from a half hour to a couple hours for a patient to come back to a sufficient state of alertness that someone can drive him/her home from the hospital.
however, this is not what happens when special_kid gets a colonoscopy. last week (S_K) goes into procedure room and asks the Doc "to check for sure how much of each medication he gave (S_K) the last time because it didn't really do anything (it didn't, (S_K) was screaming the whole time, told the Doc & nurces what (S_K) really thought of each one of them using only four letter words, (S_K) remembered the whole procedure (no amnesia effect from the verced), and walked right off the table when they took (S_K) back to the "recovery room" to the person who was taking me home). so (S_K's) Doc said, "wow, we used 125mg demerol and 5mg verced." (S_K) was like "wow" too.
anyway, he told the nurces to start giving me the medications... and after like 30seconds of answering their (is he fucked up yet) questions, one of the nurces was like "his speech hasn't slurred a bit. (S_K) knew already that they had given him a shit load of meds, so (S_K) said, "that shit's not going to happen, you have to give me more." so the doc comes over and looks at me asks me a few questions, and then gets two more syringes and puts all their contents into an iv tube.
at this time, i started to feel good, but in no way was i out of it, and in no way did i not feel pain. actually as soon as he started the procedure i made clear to them what the horrible pain of having a big tube stuck in your ass and moved through your entire colon sounds like; (S_K) screamed, he yelled, he cussed at everyone and so on (the doctor even made the interns who were there, leave). after all was said and done, the same thing had happend to (S_K) as last time, and this time the doctor used the most demarol and verced that he was leagally allowed to (175mg demarol, 8mg Verced) without bringing in an anasteisiologist(spl??????). so next time they have it set up so i will really be put out (i'm skepticle).
but here's where my little scam comes in. when you go to the dentist and get your wisdom teeth removed, they use the same stuff, demarol and verced, right? so (S_K) already knows that there is no way they can get him in that "twighlight sleep." BUT, (S_K) won't tell them that the drugs are not affecting (S_K) how they're supposed to (or let them find that out for themselves) until after they give (S_K) the medication. so (S_K) will be feeling real good, but there's no way in hell they can do the procedure because (S_K) is not out of it enough to pull his teeth. so, (S_K) will end up getting high on free IV meds... and then (S_K) will tell them again how bad his teeth hurt (the initial reason (S_K) wanted his teeth pulled, right?) and they'll have to give him scripts to control the pain since they couldn't do the procedure... and after seeing how "resistant" his body is to demerol, maybe they'll hook (S_K) up with some OCs.... and maybe (S_K) can pull this off from dentist to dentist.... seriously, what do you think? does anyone know for sure what meds a dentist uses when pulling wisdom teeth? (S_K's) little bro had it done and said he thought for sure they told him it was just demarol and verced.

Dude, you're going to be lucky to get Vicodin from a dentist over pulled teeth. The best I heard of someones experience with getting teeth pulled was conning the dentist out of 10 Percocets.
But by all means, try your best and good luck.
 
but they wouldn't be able to pull my teeth because they can't "put me out." so i still have my teeth and the "intense pain" that made me want to pull them out in the first place. so the doctors wouldn't be giving me meds for a post prosedure (ya, i know i wouldn't get shit), they'd be giving me meds for the "intense pain" that is already there... the reason i came to the dentist.
after the dentist sees how "ineffective" demarol (a very strong narcotic) is on my body, he might give me something like OCs because i remain in intense pain cause of my teeth and he can't do the procedure to fix it.

just what are you trying to do?are you trying to find a medical problem that will get you long term pain meds?i can tell you that dental problems will NOT get you set up with a pain management program.most dentists are not eager to write scripts for narcotics and definately not for more than two or three days.as for your wisdom teeth problem they will tell you to either have the damn things removed or quit bitching.they are not going to give you pain meds long term for something that can be easily fixed.when i had my wisdom teeth removed i was given valium during the procedure and a few dozen percocets afterwards and i had four impacted teeth yanked.i suggest you learn how to fake some lower back pain symptoms and see a doctor about it.even that will probably require repeated visits and numerous scripts for anti-inflamatory bullshit before you will get to the good stuff,if ever.it took me three years of countless doctor visits,x-rays,MRI's and scripts for worthless pills before i was referred to a pain clinic that now hooks me up with 60 40mg oxy's and 120 percs per month.it also helps that i nearly killed myself in a motorcycle wreck 10 years ago.you will more than likely have to put a good bit of effort into getting a long term hook-up on any narcotics from a doctor.good luck.

No they wouldn't pull the teeth with him consious is what he was saying. I don't think it will work well, but I see what he was saying. Maybe your such a genius you don't need to read everything you just assume somethings. I'm not saying this is a good idea and that it will work (which it wont) but the unlimited teeth isn't a problem in his plot.
 
First off, Just for everyone's info DENTISTS don't pull WISDOM teeth. This proceedure almost always requires an oral surgen. So, the wandering from Surgen to surgen, may actually work, but probably not as most Oral Surgens have a copy your Dental Records sent to them from your dentist. Also you need a reccomendation or something rather from your dentist's office to even get an appointment to see an Oral Surgen for your consultation. All though, depending on who your oral surgen is after the procedure your chances are about 50-50 of getting pain killers in the region of Vicodin. Most of my friends and I got about a Doz or so Vicodin. Personaly I don't think that the plan will work... mainly because your dentist's office won't keep reccomending you to different Oral Surgens.
 
Bachus is mostly right,they'll Nitrous you, and your opiate tolerance isn't going to do anything against that. Then they'll cut out your wisdom teeth and give you some T3's.
 
What a load of work, are you just afraid to buy illegal drugs, or do you not have access? I mean really....why bother with all that when you can get a pain medication OTC (so to speak) that is 10x stronger than vicodin. GHB will put you out, heck get some K.
 
I agree with Dr Quack. Your dental plan seems like a lotta work for the possibility of a little return.
I was knocked out with general anesthesia for wisdom teeth removal, by the way.
 
I experienced that twilight sleep thing at the dentist. Very funky experience. Anyway, I don't know what drug(s) it was, but... I know a dentist. I'll e-mail him and find out for you (even though your plan is stupid). Might take a day, or two for me to get back to you.
 
sorry for those of you who completely misunderstood what i was saying...
1) as "Deus" said, they cannot remove my wisdom teeth with me consious. oral surgery doesn't happen that way. SO MY TEETH WOULD NEVER, EVER, BE REMOVED!
2) the nitrous point... i tell them beforehand that i'm allergic to it.
3) Dr. Quack- obiously i don't have a problem with getting illeagal drugs, or i woudn't have a high toerance to anything. i just don't like paying for them, i rather get some good, same type of shit, prescribed by a Dr. so that my insurence will pay for them.
here's what i want:
-to get my wisdom teeth which are "in so much pain" pulled.
-i want to get fucked up on the demarol (i have a love affair with this drug) and verced (i'll also tell them i'm allergic to Nitrous)... but they WILL NOT be able to put me out, so they CANNOT do the surgury. i just get fucked up for free, no surgery.
-than, since they didn't/can't do the surgery, my wisdom teeth (which are still there) are still in "intense pain."
-the surgen will understand, if that much demarol didn't do much for me than vicodin sure as hell won't do shit (which it doesn't). that's where i'm thinking i could get some "good" scripts... to keep the pain under control.
-maybe go back and do this again with another dentist/oral surgen to get more demarol and so on...
 
Well, yeah, maybe, but, don't you think dentists have a plan B. Like if a person is allergic to nitrous oxide that they have another drug they can use. One way, or another, if you need teeth pulled they're going to do it. Know what I mean jellybean?
 
they didn't have an immediate plan B in the hospital, and that was in the freakin "hospital." so i doubt a dentist would know what to do or have the means to do it, at that time.
anyway, i'm going try it out before this summer is over.

So many people...so full of shit.
A) The extraction of wisdom teeth does not always have to be done by an oral surgeon. My family dentist did mine in under an hour...four HUGE teeth out in less than an hour.
B) You do NOT have to be 'knocked out' to have it done. They will use novicaine, Nitrous Oxide and that yummy pineapple stuff they apply before novicaine..which I think is lidocaine or perhaps just gel-novicaine.
C)Oxycontins from your dentist (from this procedure) are not going to happen.
D) You can easily get Hydrocodone from your dentist. Before the procedure, make sure the doctor is aware that you are 'allergic to codeine'...this rules out the possibility for Tylenol 3's. Personally, I scored 20 Lortab 7.5's.
My advice is to take your OWN supply of hydrocodone BEFORE you go into the operation. The mixture of Hydrocodone and Nitrous is absolutely mindblowing. I'd say 20mg Hydro just before you get seated in the chair.
If you've REALLY got scamming down to an art, you'll be able to get MORE hydrocodone...because when you call the dentist or vice-versa, you'll tell him that you're having to take twice the dosage.
Just be happy with the free Nitrous and the legit script for Hydrocodone.
 
dude, (S_K) {goddamned was THAT irratating reading) seems to be really dumb....i wish that he wouldn't have spent all that time writing all that shit, because it was really lame and there is no way that he could scam anything....i think he just wanted to tell us about his colonoscopy...i wish i wouldn't have wasted MY time writing this....peace
