I didn't know in depth the cause of her trembles.
the cause behind her being upset.
it all was an enigma to me.
I sat there trying to make some sense out of this evitable reality we spoke of.
I couldn't help but notice one of her bra straps
were showing,
and the slightness of the gloss on her lips.
I tried to focus on the topic of the days in our lives,
but I wanted to reach for cheeks with my hand,
to grab her closer to my parting lips
and induce the stirring of our slippery hot tongues...
she noticed my absence and raised her voice a little higher, and sat next to me,
a little too close.
I thought to my self:
the temptation is bigger than us.
my heart raising...
tongue tied...
lips wet...
mere evasiveness on my mind...
oh speak to me...
speak to me with your mouth on mine,
you know the way I feel...
like there's nothing outside,
just the rain and the wind passing by.
