I was just wondering, if anyone has heard of a attachment for the G-pen that is made by Grenco Science, I heard from a friend that they have an attachment that makes it so you can smoke flower out of it, but looking online... I can't seem to find one, but a better question... should I just trash this pos and buy the Atmos?

Yes I have. I'm pretty sure its just a rebranded e-cig. Meaning that it isn't made for essential oils, only for glycerin based concoctions.

I'd go with the Omicron from thc scientific if you're going to get a hash pen.

I already have a skillet/dabber for home, I need something that I can bring to work with me

Do you mean the glass tank for the G-pen? Yes, I have the glass tank for the g-pen... But what I am getting at, is it does not work for normal hash... only concentrates... earwax, oil, budder, ect.

Sorry I'm not familiar with the glass tank for the G-pen, nor the G-pen itself.

I was referring to one of these...

If you like to smoke concentrates, and wanna smoke them while you are out and about, that pen, or something similar is amazing to have.

Can you actually get a decent buzz going with hash oil in one of those?

Oh yeah, it provides pretty decent sized hits... Granted, if you load it full I am starting to figure out I only get 3-4 big hits out of it. I usually smoke wax out of it over oil though.

While the G-Pen does its job fairly well, be warned that it wastes a fair amount of your product and off-gasses when heated even if there is no product in the tank. A bit sketchy if you ask me, not worth the risk.

For the more advanced user I recommend the Omicron v2 as mentioned by freehugs. It's a bit tricky to load at first, but well worth the time investment. It's drip system is bar-none; stealth factor is a bit limited because of the design, but take a look and see for yourself. Who knows, maybe you'll like it. It's a much more professional product if you ask me.

Yeah, that wasn't out when I bought my g-pen, but my buddy showed me that one a while ago and I like it much more.

What I don't like about it is how long it takes to heat it up, it's not very practical if you want it done quick... And does the Omircron have the battery release too?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but it takes about 10 seconds to heat up a hit. And that's when it is cold, its almost instant during a sesh.

Oh yeah? My friend just told me that it takes some time... I didn't know it was only gonna be like 10 seconds time... I can handle that...

The loading of product into the stem properly is more time consuming than heating it up. Instead of loading a dose measured for 3-4 hits you can put in a sizeable chunk, be it a half or full gram etc... and hit it for days. Catch is you have to load it slowly and melt it to the bottom (easier to load with oils). There are youtube videos check em out.

Edit: It comes with a charger and two batteries.
