i just wanted to let you know
my friends
that im going to be me for a while.
so you may not see me around as much,
when im me i dont really like to be there for everyone
and while id be there just for you
im afraid i cant be bothered dealing with the others that tag along.
i wont be hitting on you anymore
and just so you know, i always felt kinda shallow when i did
but it becomes a habit
ya know?
but ill still probably spout random parts of songs for no discernible reason
other than that i like to sing
and i find the lyrics catchy.
so i just wanted to let you know
my friends
that im really thankful that you put up with me.
i know i can be a weight at times.
and i love you for your careless strength.
