A Gray Day.
Beyond every tear is a mountain
of regret
shameful frustration
Questioning every feeling, as though the mind is planning a trap.
Staring - unbroken focus.
Paralyzing depression
Taking 30 min to get dressed
All I can do is rest.
My eyes tired
my body in knots
valleys of chasms
My need for love and attention ...
Please GOD give me something to drink!
I struggle.
Like running through a hall of card stock paper
shredding my being to bits.
Or at least I wish.
Beyond every tear is a mountain
of regret
shameful frustration
Questioning every feeling, as though the mind is planning a trap.
Staring - unbroken focus.
Paralyzing depression
Taking 30 min to get dressed
All I can do is rest.
My eyes tired
my body in knots
valleys of chasms
My need for love and attention ...
Please GOD give me something to drink!
I struggle.
Like running through a hall of card stock paper
shredding my being to bits.
Or at least I wish.
