a good DXM dose for 1st plateau?

wassup guys well i have afriend who i introduced dxm to, well got him to wana try it haha and n i was thinking of a good dose for the 1st plateau, its his first time, and ive never tried to reachthat point EVER haha, i always go way upp to trip, i heard its lyk xtc at low doses? but what u guys recommend, im using the robitussin gel caps
 
It depends alot on how much your friend weights, and how he's liver processes DXM...
The First plateau is one of the hardest to hit.. everyone always over shoot..
but if you search google for DXM calculater you find a good one on dextroverse.. that you input your weight and it tells you how many mg you should take.. but for a first plateau trip i would take a little under what the calculater tells you, so you don't over shoot.
 
i feel like erowid has a page dedicated specifically to this topic. also, i'm sure we have many threads about this already here on bluelight.

DXM questions would belong in the Psychedelic Drugs forum, but i am not going to send this there because i suspect they would just close it.
