A few questions

Hello,

Firsts thing's first, sorry for posting in what pretty much must be the wrong place :P

I've got a few questions, and I was hoping some of you guys might be able to answer them.

1. I'm currently using tramadol and acetylfentanyl powder form. I was under the impression that if I took both of them long enough to get physically addicted, that I could quit one of them without suffering the withdrawal symptoms, since they're both opiates (even though tram is special, or what should I call it). But it seems I do get wd symptoms whenever I don't dose one of em. Can someone please explain that to me?

2. When my nose takes a hefty bite out of a pile of acetylfentanyl powdah, it gets clogged up like the intestines of a heavy heroine user. That's very annoying, and I was wondering when, after insufflataion, it would be safe to blow my nose without losing too much of the effect. Might add by the way, that when I initially snort it up, my nose is not clogged. And can I flush with water? When?

3. Can I use normal nasal spray (you know the one you use when you're having a cold, that unplugs your nose) without it affecting the AF? Can I use it simultaneously or after a while or what's da deal.

4. How does Modafinil combine with a) tramadol & b) Acetylfentanyl?

Well, there you have it. I'd appreciate answers =D Thanks for taking the time.

Regards

Tramadol is strange because it's a mu-opioid binder, unlike other opioids, and is in a different class altogether. A little research will tell you more and help you understand. As for the fentanyl, I would recommend actually putting the powder in water and using some sort of syringe or a nasal spray bottle to insufflate the liquid form, as this should help with clogging and actually will probably help get it into your system more quickly. If you're opposed to that, you could always try plugging the water solution, as this has a higher bioavailability than insufflation anyway. You can run a search for liquid insufflation for instructions on how to do this.

Uh, most opiates/opioids bind to the mu receptor. Tramadol is different because it has snri action.

You probably get withdrawal simply because you are taking a lower dose. If I take 5 oxycodone a day and then one day take two, I may feel withdrawal. Same principle applies here except you have two variables.
