A few questions about Lorazepam, Kratom and alcohol

My dr prescribed me Lorazepam for a flight I'm taking later this month. His recommendation was to take .5 mg to start and then another .5 mg if I feel I need it. Considering this is a girls trip, I know I'm going to want to have a drink at the airport and then again on our layover. I've never taken a benzo before. Is it ok to have a few drinks while taking Lorazepam? I'm a fairly experienced drinker. Also can I mix kratom with Lorazepam? How about Lorazepam, kratom & alcohol? If I pack my kratom powder into gel caps and put them in a vitamin bottle, think I'll be able to get that on the plane? Sorry for all the questions at once. I thought it would be better to put them all into one thread.

I would advise against mixing the benzo and alcohol. I've done it with 15mg temazepam (about the equivalent to .5mg lorazepam) and 2 ounces of alcohol and just that had me feeling like I was at least a 6-pack in and I had a daily tolerance to temazepam. The two is also a blackout waiting to happen.

Kratom and lorazepam are fine to take together.

Bumping in hope of some feedback on the kratom on the plane question. Or is that type of question not allowed. Just looking for a way to bring my kratom to Mexico with me.

I don't see any reason why you would get in trouble taking kratom with you. You could get a bottle of Echinacea and put the capsules in that.

I truley don't think that they would test for kratom anyways. I wouldn't even worry about it.
