A Complicated First Post

I have recently came across a whole lot of drugs and I need help in determining the most beneficial combinations and such.
Here is what I have -

-600mg DXM (Robitussen CoughGels)
-42.5mg Hydrocodone/apap (total)
-495mg Concerta (methylphenidate)
-11mg Xanax/Alprazolam

Take not that I am also prescribed Montelukast (singulair) and 100mg of Zoloft for depression.
I have heard that mixing Zoloft with DXM is not the best idea. But I didn't know if risk factors could be lowered, as long as I didn't do anything too stupid.
I would love to be informed of any possible horrific drug interactions that I might be facing if I don't dose up correctly. 8(
I have taken plenty of hydrocodone and have quite a high tolerance.
I am just wondering what combinations of those drugs (listed above) would make for the most pleasurable high.

As for the Zoloft and DXM look up 'serotonin syndrome' and that should provide you with some insight.
Hydrocodone is great on its own and can be dangerous when mixed with a benzo such as Xanax especially with a low tolerance so I would avoid that combo.

The only combo I would entertain is the concerta and Xanax, using a small dose [0.25-0.5mg] before taking the concerta, and then another 0.5mg for the comedown as the concerta wears off.

Honestly I think heavy users of DXM should be more concerned about developing serotonin syndrome and as long as you don't indulge to often, it's relatively safe.
That is what I have gathered from my research atleast.

When I dose up on DXM or even hydrocodone I take about 100mg of dipenhydramine (Benedryl) too just to add to the sedated affect...

I will aslo keep your suggested combo in mind, but I was also reading about people who took Concerta with Hydrocodone so that they were less sleepy and some people even claimed that the Concerta buzz accompanied the opiate buzz from the hydros as well. People said that a more "full" euphoria could be obtained.

Any other suggestions?

I'm looking to use drug(s) in the near future and any advice about beneficial combinations would be extremely helpful.
I know some of you guys are experts.

That's what I have to work with. How can I get the best "highs" using these drugs.
Should I mix? Should I potentiate with other otc drugs like dph?
I would love to get some feedback shortly so that I can get on it! :D
