I have done approx 4 gs in one night (insufflated) , started to get very jittery, fingers began to feel sort of numb, slight discoloring of the hands and fingers too.
Also had incredible dry mouth, the gums of my teeth had receded due to lack of water in them.
gums also started to release blood when pressure was applied.
After the symptoms started I stopped using mephedrone straight away that night, and was perfectly fine after 3 days rest (the blisters on my tongue also disappeared within this timeframe)
hopefully this can be used as a guideline report of extreme prolonged mephedrone use.
I have done 10g over 3 days with no sleep and 4g in one night (also no sleep)
In my honest opinion (I am by no means a medical expert. I am not claiming it is safe.) I believe mephedrone by itself is capable of killing an average human being (I myself am 70kg male 21years old) with quantities of more than 5 grams over the course of a night. However up to 4 grams if taken periodically and not through intravenous injection is not a lethal amount. (please note after taking 4 grams in a night the experience becomes NOT a pleasant one and I strongly advise you to never take over a gram in a night) I believe intravenous injection is a very silly idea, no drug should require you to physically create and orifice to get high.
I believe if I had taken any more that night they would have died.
What is even more interesting is the lack of physical side effects, (no nosebleeds!~~) and the heavy onset of mental side effect appearing in my life.
I started to get very paranoid about everything, this ranged from mild paranoia, the feeling someone is watching me or talking about them, to out and out psychotic paranoia, in which I was unable to sleep due to fear of sleep paralysis (Which is also a CONFIRMED side effect of mephedrone.)
I also became very depressed, feeling lack of accomplishment in his life, as well as a frustration that I was somehow 'trapped' in a rut I would never be able to escape from.
I immediately stopped using the drug and began to sort my head out.
After 3 weeks of not using the substance I am no longer experiencing any forms of paranoia, mania, depression, sleep paralysis, or any kind of mental problems at all.
After researching chemically the substance I would probably mark it as LESS DANGEROUS than MDMA or Meth-amphetamine. HOWEVER, the human body seems to have a limit of mephedrone it can consume before it must regenerate, I believe someone crossing that limit will result in the first death from this drug. With mdma, you can binge on it, but the side effects stay the same, they do not intensify. Mephedrone seems to intensify the bad points with constant use, it's almost like filling a balloon with air, other substances have a hole in the bottom of the balloon so you're fine, mephedrone has no hole, so when you reach the limit, it's over.
Staying well hydrated is a MUST, and after witnessing countless people mixing it with different drugs I has come to understand that mephedrone acts by displacing water in your body, it seems to take water from your upper body (possibly including the are around the brain) and moves it to your lower part of your body, this explains the incredible urge to urinate while 'on' mephedrone, and also explains the heightened sex drive. (More fluid, more pressure, more urge to ejaculate) I have also found in my studies of me and my friends that mephedrone increased the amount of ejaculatory fluid expelled by BOTH sexes.
I am not a paid scientist, however I hope everything I have put here will be helpful to you, you can gauge the validity of this report by comparing the side effects mentioned to the side effects you have experienced and draw your conclusion from there.
I would love to do a full study on this substance, but unfortunately I will have to remain a clandestine researcher for now.
