A bit worried (diphenylmethylpyrrolidine)

Hey all, not sure if this is the right place to put this.

I have a doctors appointment, but I thought I'd go ahead and ask here...

I recently had an echocardiogram for unrelated reasons, and it was found that I may have slightly elevated right heart pressures. The doctors telling me didn't't seem bothered (borderline at the highest, they say since I am an athlete that can happen) but I am a bit concerned.

Almost 4 years ago I took a supplement that was later found to contain 2-diphenylmethylpyrrolidine for 2-3 weeks. I don't take any similar medications, and I haven't found any direct connection to delayed heart problems from this drug. I also barely felt any drug-like effects while taking the supplement, and no withdrawal symptoms.

Anyway, I just wanted to ask to see if those 2 weeks could be coming back to haunt me 4 years later.

Again, my apologies if this is the wrong place, and I would appreciate any answer.

In a space as long as 4 years it's difficult to know, there are so many variables involved, and there's the chance you've always had that problem but it was just never noticed. I doubt it's related, and even if there's a chance that it is, it's pretty much irrelevant since it happened so long ago.

So basically any damage happened back then and it's not like something just recently developed from this? I havent had any recurring symptoms since that time so i guess thats good. Excuse my lack of knowledge, I only became worried when I read on delayed effects from fenfluramine (Which I now realize has a pretty different MOA).

I don't really have any symptoms of a heart problem, apart from the anxiety I have now given myself.

I just wanted to make sure this couldn't have been a recent development from something I took that long ago.

Thanks for your reply!
