Cocaine A/B Extraction & Recrystallization of Cocaine with Baking Soda Instead of Ammonia

I got everything for cocaine recrystallization and wash wash except ammonia which is super hard to get in my country.
I read about baking soda. But everything I saw talks about making crack cocaine not recrystallization. Should I just replace ammonia with baking soda and continue with the other steps? What quantity should I add? What is the procedure?
