90ml syrup - 5 ml prometazine 3.6mg. pholcodine 4.0mg ephedrine hydrochloride 7.2mg

Hello everyone, i have a a 90ml syrup containing each i do know from previous threads that pholcodine doesnt creates the euporic effect. Please help

1) Can tramadol or codeine phosphate be chunk in for a cool plateau? If so how many. CWE?

2) Is there an alternative that i can add to go euphoric despite Pholcodine in it?

Can you clarify what you're actually asking? Are you asking how to make your syrup fuck you up? Why try to make something get you high by adding codeine when you could just take the codeine?
