my family and i have been going back through seasons of 80's family sitcoms and my daughter is absolutely hooked. so far weve revisited full house, family matters, family ties and different strokes (which isnt as half whimsical as i remembered it :P) and were now running out of ideas.

any recommendations will be VERY appreciated. TIA F&T.

And yes...we watched almost all the episodes of The Cosby Show and Family Ties on BETAMAX!

Did all of you guys just FORGET about the undeniably smartest and funniest sitcom of the 80's (and which is certainly suitable for family viewing), Cheers?

is she old enough for Soap? it's more of a late '70s than '80s, but still 4 seasons of must-see tv! my kids and i only have 3 episodes left :(

^ we too were struggling with the same dilemma, but thanks to this list; were now going through seasons of small wonder, punky brewster and perfect strangers. its awesome :D

thanks guise <3
